Most people don’t struggle because they lack insight.
Knowing what to do and doing it under pressure are two different problems. Eighteen lessons built for the second one.
Knowing what to do and doing it under pressure are two different problems. Eighteen lessons built for the second one.
Behavior tends to come apart when pressure rises, routines change, or the situation around you stops being steady. Not because you forgot what mattered to you. Because the structure carrying it was never built for those conditions in the first place.
The Reflective Learning Series™ is built to look at how your behavior is actually organized, what it quietly depends on in order to hold, and how to reinforce it so that it survives the conditions that usually break it.
Eighteen lessons you work through on your own, at your own pace. No group, no scheduled calls, no facilitator, and nobody waiting on you. Nothing you write is graded, and nothing is sent anywhere. You get 120 days of access, delivered online through Arlucent Learning™.
The Collection comes in two parts, and both are included in the one price.
RLS-Core™ is eight lessons on the structure itself: how your behavior is organized, what it quietly depends on in order to hold, and what happens when those conditions change. It is entirely secular. It asks nothing of what you believe.
RLS-FiM™, which stands for Faith in Motion, is ten lessons that take the same structure into daily practice. It is grounded in the Christian tradition, and it does not require you to be Christian. Scripture is used as narrative rather than proof, faith language is offered as one lens, and every tool works the same whether you use that lens or not. People of other faiths, and of none, are welcome.
This is where the practical tools live. The AAA Plan™ is a daily micro-practice: three steps each evening, five to ten minutes. The CAM Loop™ (Cue, Attention, Meaning) is for working through a trigger while it is happening. Impact Mapping™ is a structured look at the effects your actions have had on other people. The SAAPR Protocol™ is for setbacks, built so that a bad week does not collapse into shame.
Every lesson is built on the 6A Framework™: Awareness, Alignment, Accountability, Action, Anchoring, and Attunement. The order is deliberate, and it is explained below.
RLS Collection™
$297
The complete program. Eighteen lessons. 120-day access.
If you want to know what the lessons are built on, here it is. Three ideas hold the whole system up. You do not need any of this to start.
6A Framework™
Six stages, in order: Awareness, Alignment, Accountability, Action, Anchoring, and Attunement. The sequence is the point. Skipping ahead is why most attempts at change come apart.
MAP™ · Meaning, Attunement, Practice
The organizing triad. Meaning is what you are aiming at. Attunement is noticing whether you are still pointed there. Practice is turning it into something you actually do, repeatedly, rather than something you believe.
Procedural Faith™
Doing the practice whether or not you feel like it, until the doing itself becomes dependable. It is what holds structure together on the days motivation does not arrive.
Despite the name, Procedural Faith™ is not a religious idea. It is the confidence that comes from having done something enough times that it no longer needs your feelings’ permission. RLS-FiM™, the Faith in Motion half of the Collection, is where Christian practice comes in.
When structure is practiced consistently, behavior gets more durable across changing conditions.

The RLS Collection™ can be licensed for use inside a partner program. Licensed arrangements give you access at the component level, so RLS-Core™ and RLS-FiM™ can be deployed separately where that fits your setting, and the documented architecture means the program runs the same way every time it is delivered.
Licensing is by conversation only. There is no self-service option, and there is no price list on this page, because what it costs depends on what you are deploying and where.
