Arlucent Clinical Systems™ provides structured educational programs and implementation frameworks. 

All materials, including RLS-Core™, RLS-CO™, RLS-FiM™, and related system constructs, are educational in nature. They do not constitute therapy, counseling services, behavioral health services, psychological services, clinical supervision, clinical care, medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, case management, or professional consultation of any kind. 

Participation does not establish a therapeutic, clinical, supervisory, fiduciary, or professional relationship.

These programs are structured educational systems and are not a substitute for licensed care. If you require clinical, psychological, or medical services, consult a licensed provider in your jurisdiction.

By accessing this website or purchasing any Arlucent Clinical Systems™ program, you represent and agree that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You will use all materials solely for lawful personal use or authorized institutional use in accordance with applicable licensing terms.
• You will not reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, license, sublicense, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit proprietary materials without prior written authorization from Arlucent LLC.
• Digital program access is personal, limited, revocable, and non-transferable.
• You understand these programs are educational in nature and are not a substitute for licensed clinical, psychological, medical, or behavioral health services.

Arlucent LLC reserves the right to modify content, suspend or terminate access, update program structure, revise pricing, or amend these terms at its sole discretion.

Continued access to or use of this website after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Arlucent LLC provides all educational materials on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. Arlucent LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to business or institutional losses, arising from use of this website, participation in any program, or decisions made independently based on educational materials. Participation is voluntary and self-directed. 

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising from use of this website or participation in any Arlucent Clinical Systems™ program shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Minnesota.

You agree to waive any right to participate in class action litigation or to a jury trial.

Arbitration shall be conducted under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). 

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. 

Arlucent Clinical Systems™ collects limited information necessary to:

• Process purchases
• Provide program access
• Improve website performance
• Respond to inquiries

Information collected may include:

• Name
• Email address
• Payment information (processed securely through third-party providers)
• Aggregated website usage data

We do not sell personal information.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. 

Payment processing is handled through Stripe or equivalent secure payment providers. Course hosting, account management, and digital access may be facilitated through LearnWorlds or comparable secure digital learning platforms.

Payment data is processed through third-party providers and is not stored directly by Arlucent LLC.

Arlucent Clinical Systems™ does not collect or store protected health information through this website.

Users are subject to the privacy policies and terms of service of such third-party providers.

Institutional licensing agreements govern authorized organizational implementation.

Use of trademarks without express written authorization is strictly prohibited.
